	Free parking is available on all city streets. On Sundays and for special events, parking is allowed on both sides of East and West Avenues. Two municipal parking ramps also offer free parking. The Studebaker Ramp is located one block North of the church behind the Library. The Seminar Plaza Ramp is located off of 4th street one block East of the church.
